We will be breaking lease on our lovely rental in sept as we have just bought a house :) The rental house is only 4 years old, fully modern and has a good size garden and auto door garage. 3 bedrooms, master with ensuite and walk in robe. All other bedrooms have built ins. Situated just off Goodwood road and close to shops, bus stop. 15 mins from city and very close to Mitcham shopping centre. Very quiet area with lovely neighbours. We currently pay $465 per week.
