Situations vacant - Contact information update

1. You may include an email or phone number only if advertising a situation vacant. People can reply in the thread, to your contact number/email or PM (you can set up email notifications for when you are sent a PM or someone replies to your thread so can always know when there is an interested party. Your settings for this can be found in the top right corner under SETTINGS).

Disclaimer - Should you choose to list a phone number or email in your post please be aware that this will then be in the public domain. We suggest for your safety you use the forum PM system, however, should you choose to list a phone number or email we cannot be held liable for any unsolicited calls or spam you may receive.

Posts with a phone number or email will have that contact information removed by moderators 4 weeks after the thread is posted. All threads will be closed at this 4 week point too unless you instruct us otherwise (ie if the position being advertised is still available).

2. If you are advertising a job vacancy please post back in the thread when/if the position has been filled. This helps people visiting the forum to know what is currently active and available or has been filled.

3. If you find a job listing while browsing the web and think it might be of interest to others here, please feel free to post a link to it here. People interested can then apply via the advert itself. Please state its not a position you yourself are advertising, but one you saw listed elsewhere.
