Long term rental coromandel valley area needed for February 2016

Hi,

We move down in January and have a short term rental sorted for a month or so. We absolutely cannot wait!!!!! Looking for a three bedroom place in the South East area, Coromandel Valley, Blackwood, Belair etc for at least a year as the wee one has a school place there. Bit early for securing anything yet via the usual places, Real Estate and domain etc, so looking to see if anyone has contacts or any indication of breaking leases etc in that general area. It would need to accept two moggies which are basically house cats now. A place with a pool is the dream for us but not a must at this point.

Anyone with any suggestions, experience, it's all getting a bit close now.......
