Hi all,

 

I'm breaking my lease on a lovely 4 bedroom house in Christies beach at the beginning of December. It's really close to a gorgeous beach and handy for the shops. It has air con for the summer and a wood burner for the winter.

Rent is $360.00 per week, on a 12 month lease, this includes electricity, so no extra bill for this. Pets are negotiable.
