Rental Wanted Urgent

I am looking for a rental property with a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for my family. We are mum, dad and 2 girls 13 & 9. The property needs to accommodate an adult miniature Jack Russell (12" long and 6" high) who comes with impeccable references as he is a companion dog for my disabled husband. I myself will be completing my studies at Flinders University. Looking for a 6 month lease initially although will consider 12 months for the right property. We are landlords ourselves in the uK and can provide excellent references, willing to pay a few month up front also. All areas considered.

Are you looking for furnished or unfurnished rentals? What time of the year would you be arriving? (urgent as in now?)

What areas would you be looking at and where would you be studying at Flinders?

There are many pet friendly rentals available throughout the city. It's peak season for furnished rentals though and most are booked for the next few months.

There are often broken leases listed on this site.

do you have any contact details for your friend?

As it is advertised through a Real Estate Agent (Southgate Realty), I think the normal practice is to contact the Agent through the site. I would email them to register your interest and see what they suggest re inspections.

Also, I have had a quick look at Postcode 5159, which is much nearer to Flinders and I see that there are quite a few rental properties, so you may like to check out Real Estate .com to see what you like.
