East Gawler or Hewitt Rental

Hi - I'm looking for a 6 month rental in East Gawler or Hewitt (furnished or unfurnished) with 3 bedrooms starting early May. Can anyone help?

Have you tried Realestate.com rentals? e.g13 Sandpiper Way Hewett SA 5118

My daughter lives in a rental at Hewitt, but that is through DHA.

Maybe the local paper has a list of rentals available. It is more usual to lease for a year, so perhaps you will have to do that and break the lease if your circumstances change.

Second real estate website (and the app if you've not dl'd it already). Also go visit the real estate agents in the area who deal with rentals and let them know what you are after and where.

Agree with cliffy re the year lease being the norm here, not 6 months. And chances are for a year lease you are probably going to be looking for unfurnished.

There are lots of properties on the new Springwood development in Gawler East for rent. We lived there for 12 months when we firsr arrived. I noticed one property on realestate that was offered part furnished. Not sure about the term though but I know many properties are rented out for 6 months there. Good luck.
