Cathay Pacific

I have family arriving this weekend and they're flying with Cathay Pacific from Hong Kong. They keep telling me their flights arrive at 5.05am but I'm sure the airport's not even open then, so is it likely to be 6.05am and they just haven't adjusted the time or do I really have to be up at 4 on a Sunday?!

I checked and got this. I put in the flight from HK would depart the Saturday. I'd get them to give you their flight number and have a look see to confirm.

Thanks - it's the CX173 which indeed does appear to land at 5.05am; I think perhaps I'll leave the welcoming committee in bed and collect them myself.

The +1 doesn't refer to time but days....

What do "(+1)" and "(-1)" mean next to a flight's arrival time? It means that the flight arrived on either the day after or the day before departure, respectively. The date listed for a flight is the departure date and the "+1" literally means plus one day and "-1" means minus one day.
