Super funds?

I am on the very verge of starting FDC and now need to look into my Super - I haven't worked since we arrived back in 2012 so have nothing in place and nothing to transfer from the UK either; so it's an absolute start from the beginning as a self-employed scheme that I'm looking for; also easy to understand would be really helpful.
