Feedback - PSS International

Hello,

I’ve had a look through other threads but couldn’t find anything specific, does anybody have any positive or negative experiences with PSS International they can share? I’m shipping just 2 tea cartons and PSS are CONSIDERABLY cheaper than anyone else I’ve contacted.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I contacted them re our move and found that their customer service left something to be desired to be honest. We have had John Mason round today, who were considerably better and have loads of recommendations on this and other forums. Where are you shipping from and to?

Thank you for your response, so I haven't had any problems which customer service from PSS, if anything they have been prompt and professional. I spoke with Greg (but he was an Aussie with a good old Aussie attitude, which may explain it!) he said if I completed paper work and scanned back by 10am tomorrow they cold pick the 2 tea cartons tomorrow afternoon - that’s service! I think its because I only have the 2 tea cartons that its so quick though. I'm shipping from Worcestershire to O'Halloran Hill.

I was just wondering whether people who had received their shipping had any issues pos or neg.

Are you going with John Masons? Is it a big shipment as well?

Best of luck anyway and maybe meet up on the other side for a drink sometime?

We used PSS and can't fault them at all, totally professional and the only thing broken was a caster wheel on a plastic set of drawers that we should have taken off before so our fault not theirs. Would 100% recommend them, the blokes that unloaded here and in uk were great. the blokes here even offered to go play golf with pete, shame I wouldn't let him
