Welsh girl new to Adelaide wanting to make new friends!

Hi all. I'm a 21 year old Welsh girl and i just moved to Adelaide with my parents in December of 2008. I've obviously finished school so i am finding it hard to find ways of making new friends here. I have met a few girls at my place of work, but i just don't find i get along with Australians as well as i do with Brits.

I'm a really social out-going type of girl so not really knowing anyone here is starting to get me down.

I am hoping to meet guys and girls of around the same age. But i am open to older or younger.

I am here with my wife but have a load of 20-30 something mates.....we have regular p**s ups/bbq's, beach days in summer etc...
