I am finally settled so able to come along. Are you still running in the winter? I have been out a few times on my own but its a bit scary!

Hi, Not been out running for a few weeks due to dark nights. It harder, for me anyway, to get out any earlier than 5 and then it starting to go dark. I have started at the Gym to keep my running up. As soon as the nights get lighter will be out down there as it a lovely run. Not sure if anyone else is running and what times though.

Hi there. Is the running group still going ahead? I've recently moved to Seaford Meadows and looking for some activity to get involved in that doesn't cost anything. PS- I'm not really a runner but looking for fun and a laugh along the way.

Hi not been out for ages I think Jackie went back to the UK?!? Got really difficult to get out with the winter times etc. A few of us go to the Noarlunga Leisure centre, its not free but classes are $11 or $12 I think and vary in type and time. If you have kids there is also a Creche.
Sure you will get some people out if you want to run but there are loads of sports clubs Netball etc good luck

Jackie returned to the UK so did Karen, who were both regulars. I personally got a lot on between now and New Year and I have a part time job so bit hit and miss as to when I can go. Keep a look on this thread as I will be heading out sometime after christmas. I am child free Mon-Thurs mornings so after New Year will be hoping to get a morning run in if you are able to do that.
