Christies Beach Fireworks

I think I read on here somewhere about there being fireworks at Christies for New Years Eve. Can anyone tell me if this does happen on New Years Eve and the details please?

dont think there is fireworks on new years eve it is usually Australia day they have them but this year it has been moved to the footie ground near collonades....brighton do family fireworks at 9pm on new years eve...

i heard on the radio today that there will be two lots of fireworks on new years eve at glenelg and brighton jetties, one at 9.30 for the families and then the usual one at midnight.
