moana beach?

this is probably a long shot but is anyone thinking of going to the beach at moana on christmas day?i know poeple are going to aldinga beach but as it's our first xmas and we have only been here a few weeks we thought we would try the beach were we live.it seems quite busy today so hoping tommorow will be good.mick and sharon:daydreaming:

we always have a walk and a swim at moana on xmas day. We too used to live just off the esplanade . Its a fab beach, bet it was busy Australia day !!!!

 

We were a bit shocked at Australia day.There was fighting on the esplanade and the police came in their droves!They have been and painted over the graffitti on the toilet block and it's back to being lovely Moana beach again!

It was 3 rows deep with cars:err:

They stopped them coming in by car by about 10am

It was a great atmosphere there though. We arrived at 9am and were there till 6ish
