Hi

There is a brilliant Karate club at Seaford rise primary school on a Tuesday and Thursday night .It is run by a guy called Dave .Its the Boars Karate group .They also have a place at O'hallern hill that does Karate and kick boxing . Classes at Seaford start at 5.15.I go and take my 10 year old boy with me .Its great for the kids as they do quite allot of street wise stuff .Worth a try as first night free.
