We are hoping to migrate to SA specially Modbury / Ridgheven area. Please let me know how to find a temporary accommodation there? If any one can help it is great. I would like to communicate with them.

Have a look on www.realestate.com other areas to consider around the two you mentioned are Redwood Park, Banksia Park, Fairview Park, Modbury North, Modbury Heights, St Agnes. These are the areas within the closest proximity to the ones you mentioned but there are nice areas further out too
