Hey guys, my hubbie and I have just moved to Adelaide. Currently we're in Seaton as we got free accommodation for 4 weeks, but we're looking to move and Henley Beach seems to be the one for us. Just wondering if anyoned o here lived near there and fancied a few drinkies? I'm from Northern Ireland and my husband is English (originally a Scouser, but don't hold that against him!). I'm 33 and he's 41 and we don't have kids. He's got a job starting next week and I'm still looking so will be about during the day for hook ups.

Let me know!

Hi there, sounds like you are in similar situation to me and my husband! We moved to Adelaide two weeks ago, after spending our first 4 weeks in Melbourne, emigrated to Australia at the end of January 2012, currently living with family, which is great but can be testing at times! I'm 39 and husband is 40, no kids either, both from Warwickshire. I've got work starting beginning April, husband still getting sorted, he's a Plumber. Currently living Semaphore South, not far from Henley Beach if you fancy getting together.

Hi there. I'm in a similar situation, live in Henley Beach South (fabulous area) and looking for work currently. My other half is working full time and we arrived back from London last June. If you fancy a coffee and or walk on the beach let me know....am partial to the odd glass of wine too :)

We lived in Henley Beach South for a eyar on our working holiday visa and are hoping tohead back that way when we return. Pop down to Bachus at the square brilliant bar with good food and live music. Cant beat the ice cream at Copenhagen so make a beeline for that too :jiggy:

Ah cool, loads of people in Henley! We don't move from Seaton till the 6th April, but I can nip down there next Thursday afternoon for a glass or two of vino is anyone is free? I could get a train to Grange and walk the rest of the way. PM me if anyone is interested and we'll work something out!
