Open Day - Tomorrow morning Thai Boxing Gym

Thought I would share this for anyone interested in taking up Muay Thai (Thai Boxing).

 

My gym at Somerton Park are having an open day tomorrow morning Saturday 3rd Nov starting at 9am http://www.facebook.com/pages/Southside-Muay-Thai-and-Fitness/200453499987265

 

There will be a chance to meet the coaches and watch some sparring.

 

It's a great gym and caters for people looking to get serious or just for people looking to get fit.

There are Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced/Fighter classes.

 

It costs around $25 a week as a member and with this you are able to attend 3 classes a week and sparring on a Friday.

 

It's a great club, very friendly.
