Are there any Poms in Adelaide's living up in Semaphore or the surrounding area. We have just secured a rental for the next 12 months up there from December and wondered if there were any others up there. We being me, Wife and 4 year old son.

Hi, we live in Ethelton which is very close to Semaphore. We love it....We started out in an unit in Military Road, just off Semaphore Road, and decided to find a long term rental around there. Semaphore is lovely...the beach is gorgeous, and Semaphore Road has a lovely mix of shops and cafes...The cinema is really good too, a lot cheaper than the bigger ones. On New Years Eve too, there is a fireworks display near the beach...It is central for most things, the bus service is pretty good, and the trains run regular too, to and from the city. We're so pleased we decided to put our roots down there....

Hello we are Australians living in Canberra, just retuned from uk. Moving to semaphore in April 2013. Two kids 9 and 7, don't know anyone in the area. Is it a nice place ? Living on the esplande.
