Hey - how easy is it to get an Australian driving licence - do i take a test etc? I have held a British one for 19 years, and was wondering how long it takes etc

I think that you just go through the process of applying, ive not gone out yet, but read it on here somewhere. Your UK one converts to the Aussie one. I think you need one after being there 3 months

You just go into the rego office with the completed form. They take your photo, give you a temporary licence. It takes about 2 weeks for it to come through the post.
