Looking for friends in Port Noarlunga & local area

Hi all,

 

Im a mum (kids aged 10 and 13) and married. I work part time and looking to meet with others who may have recently migrated or been here a while. We have been here 6 years currently living in Port Noarlunga. Originally from Hertfordshire. It would be great to meet new people for coffee and a chat or maybe walk with dogs. Pam

Hi to those who have replied so far!! Was wonderful wish i had done this sooner. To Kirsty we are from Stevenage in Hertfordshire before we migrated here in 2007. Both my husband and myself grew up in Hertford so we spent many years there. I would be happy to travel ie to Port Noarlunga South and Happy Valley as i have transport also vice versa so if anyone wanted to come over to Port Noarlunga for a trip out. Will be in touch soon. I'm in Hallett Cove, been here with partner, two kids, 10 and 5, for a year this month. I've also got a very friendly Labrador who loves walks with other dogs. Would also love to meet new friends and socialise a bit more, and willing to come down to Port Noarlunga for coffee/chat etc. I'm from Cheshire, but, also lived in Beds for a few years.

We are not there yet but should be in Aug. Would like to meet, we have boys aged 9 and 12 and will be missing our dogs that are being looked after in the UK.

Hi I'm kerry here with my husband Scott and 3 children two boys age 10&6 and a 3 yr old girl, no dog but a daughter who is obsessed with them, we are in Seaford rise only arrived here two weeks ago tomorrow! We love port Noarlunga and looking to settle there,would live to meet up! Bit confused at mo with areas so many! So many reasons o go to different places! But loving the feel for Noarlunga.

Hi Kerry, well you haven't been here long. Yes there are lots of suburbs to choose from. Since we arrived in 2007 we haven't moved from this area. First we were living in Christies Beach but for the last 2 years Port Noarlunga as prefer this in general to Christies. Yes a meet up would be good. I reckon at this rate i will start a beach party!! Just found this thread. Myself and family (husband and two kids 9 and 6) have been in Hallett Cove since last September when we moved over from Hampshire. Are all loving it but still trying to expand our social network - especially thinking of our 9 year old son as no-one we have met has kids his age and he is always a little left out. Anyway I work part time but would love to meet up at some time. Let me know if you fancy it - PM me if so. looking forward to meeting some of you soon.
