We went on with friends last year and had a great time. (Reminds me we will have to have another).

Bit over the age limit but might have a consider.

Hi deep blue sea!

just a thought it often works better on here if you have a definite plan to invite people to....if a wine tour is something you'd like to do just decide when where etc and post the details then however much response you get take it from there?.....

a few months ago we did a similar thing (not on here) we hired a mini bus and had a definite 4 people one of whom was happy to drive it would have cost us around $40-$50 each which we were happy with, then we let all our friends know we had 8 spare seats if anyone wanted to come.....ended up with 10 people!

Go on....take the bull by the horns!

DBS.....why don't you just decide on a date then, it is right that lots of wineries won't except big groups or charge over 12, you have 20+ people so I am sure that you would get 10 on a set date, people will lose interest in commenting if nothing is actually happening

I have been on a couple of wine tours in SA with Alfies wine tours and had a good time, good food, wineries and itineraries. On their website it says they cater for a minimum of 14 and a maximum of 23 people so they might be able to accommodate a larger group. Just a suggestion.....
