Good run on the salt...............

Had a good run out on the boat with a well known member of PIA yesterday ,,,,,,,,

 

 

Set off at 6.00am to a Snapper spot but they failed to show in decent size.

 

Had a ball trolling with lures for Snook on my "secret spot":wink:

 

Out for 9 hours in total + coming home .Washing down the tub and filleting (well on of us did not massacre)

 

Had a great day and pleasure to take out and show a nice bloke what it's all about.

 

Here is the catch............ Beer bottle for reference - biggest Slimey Mackerel caught I have ever seen!!

 

 

 

Out early crewing with some pro's for Salmon in the morning - stinky things but OK once smoked - the rest as bait or berley.

 

 

 

Plenty of Salmon caught on the beaches boys!!!

Ended up having great fun this morning - handlining Salmon in.

 

Ended up with a dozen up to over 5lb between 3 of us............

Might head to the beach for a cast this weekend, if the weather holds, tides look good.
