Adelaide Cobras Amateur FC will be commencing pre-season training on 12 January 2016 for the 2016 season.

 

Training sessions will be conducted at 6:30pm (arrive 15 minutes earlier) on Tuesdays and Thursdays (with the exception of Australia Day) at Flinders Park Primary School, 70 Holbrooks Road, Flinders Park. There will also be a number of sessions held on weekends which coaches will advise of.

 

Please bring the following to sessions:

- Running shoes

- Soccer boots

- Shin pads

- Water

 

There will also be some sessions with activities such as gym sessions which coaches will advise of.
