Hi All could someone tell me what I would have to do, to change my UK HGV Licence to the equivalent of an Australian one ?

An H C Licence.

Car licences (class c) are a straight swap but the HGV licences require you to do the test again.

I have a family member who had to do the test and now has an Australian HR licence.

* A provisional licence in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom is equivalent to a South Australian learner's permit.

If you wish to keep your licence to drive a vehicle other than a car or motorcycle, you must undertake a practical driving test in a vehicle of that class. This does not include road trains and B-doubles.
