Sorry don't know the name or number but it does exist. Was standing behind a guy at the customer service desk at KMart a few weeks ago who has been refused a refund and as soon as he mentioned he had been home and phoned them the money was out of the till and in his hand.

Depending on what you're after... The Legal Service Commission have the Legal Help Line 1300 366 424, Monday to Friday 9am-4.30pm
