Walking / Hiking?

Hiya,

 

My in-laws are starting to think about a visit out here next year and they really like their hiking - does anyone know of a website or society that offers info or walking days out? With so much around here, there must be something organised?

I'd certainly show them the Onkaparinga National Park - the Gorge has some fantastic walking trails.
