Afternoon days out for kids in Aldinga area?

Can anyone reccomend an afternoons activities for a 5 year old in early June?

We live in the Aldinga Area and want to do something for my sons bday.

 

Morning is covered but we really want to do something in the afternoon/early evening but cant think of what. Any ideas?

beadznthings on old coach road do paint a plate, other than that the only other activities are the beach (cold in june) or a nice walk in Alinga scrub. We saw aout 12 kangaroos today there! If all else fails have you tried tunzafun behing the colonades? It has crazy golf and loads of machines for the kids to play on, my 4 year old loves it there

Penguin tour at Victor Harbor? Thats what we have planned for our little ones birthday in July! It's at 6:30-7:30 so not too late - they can sleep on the way home. We have done it before it was great. You need to book though.

ooo that sounds great, sure Grace is going to love that, something a little bit different. You could always do the train journey before hand too.
