We were there today too! Fantastic seeing the whales. Also got to see some sealions. Really felt like spring was in the air today :0)))

It was great we actually got to see it the mother and calf but you can't really see it from shore you need to be up in the air ;-)

 

Anyone going whale watching the time to go down seems to be mid afternoon SA Whale Centre - Whale Watching Information For Victor Harbor, South Australia

Beautiful video, they look so peaceful - actually made me feel quite emotional watching it (must be my hormones!) - thanks for posting. My parents arrive in just over a week for a visit - they've been all over the world but never seen whales, so I'm really hoping a few hang around for when they are here.

Hey - I absolutely lost it last season at Bashams Beach lol...I got out of the car and heard them calling then I just burst into tears...as the Aussies say "What a Sook"!!!!
