Camping

We've been to a few caravan parks but would like to camp some where maybe a beach or something, Does anyone know of anywhwere?? And is there anywhere you can make a campfire??

Rawnsley Station near Wilpena Pound. Approx 4hrs north of Adelaide. Camp facilities or bush camping. Fires allowed.

Depends how far you wanna travel to go camping, Port Elliott has some good areas so too, Rapid Bay, Second Valley, not sure about fires you will have to keep tabs on regulations that are current in the area you want to camp.

Think they usually go down to Deep Creek http://www.nationalparkguide.com.au/south-australia/deep-creek/ if you ask sure he will tell you the best spots..

Blow Hole beach - you cannot camp down at the bottom, but it is superb for surfing, body boarding - strong swimmers only though.

WAs wondering if the campsites are grassy for tents and is the pitch sizes decent? Our tent is 7,20metres longm, but only 2.8m wide. Also, should I bring our old tent without sewn in groundsheet or is it best to get one with a sewn in groundsheet and mesh doors to keep bugs out?
