All the photos in this thread have been gorgeous! It all looks so clean and bright and .... gorgeous. But the last (Sunset?) photos are absolutely breathtaking!!
Out of curiosity, Purple, what is that stick-thingy in the sea in the last pic? Please don't say it's someone having a bit of a paddle in the shallows ...!
Btw, my fave beach is Tennyson; just along from Grange. Never gets crowded and glorious white sand and clean, clear sea.
Glenelg I don't like; purely because it gets so crowded - especially along Jetty Road, with people milling about in all directions; most just ambling along in groups, taking up all the pavement. If you're in a hurry to get to the beach at Glenelg, better take the tram!
Actually, there's a beach for all tastes along the Adelaide seaboard - exactly as Diane has explained. She clearly knows her stuff!
