Great accommodation for couples in the Barossa

If you are looking for a couples only romantic retreat I can certainly recommend Barossa Pavilions. We recently stayed there (our 3rd visit) and the views are stunning, you could almost be mistaken for thinking you are in the English countryside (see photo) - until you spot a kangaroo and parrots fly over! The facilities are top notch and I can recommend sitting in the spa watching the kangaroos, which still seems very surreal even after 6 years here!

Interestingly, the couple that own and run the Barossa Pavilions were featured on the Australian version of Grand Designs not that long ago and their home recently won a South Australian Architecture Award.
