Moon lantern festival

We are hoping heading into the city tomorrow for this and wondered whether anyone has been before and what they thought and what recommendations people had for parking?

I haven't been myself, but some of my friends went last year and really enjoyed it. There is on street parking all around Elder park, so fingers crossed you'll find somewhere.

Just in case anyone's thinking of heading down this evening - dont! It's been cancelled because of the weather ...

Gutted lets hope they reschedule all the effort everyone would have put in, luckily we had been running late and just caught the tweet before we left such a shame seeing as it then dried up but conditions wouldn't have been great for the schools involved I would think. Got to hope it happens or have to wait till next year to enjoy it.

 

But we shall hopefully catch a few more events over the next week.
