On Sunday we had a run out to the Callington Country Fair.

 

Great show!!!

 

It's the first time we have been to Callington and it's a bit "different".

 

We guess that when the mine shut down the town kind of did as well.

 

If nearby it's worth a drive through.

 

We love getting off the beaten track and discovering new,quirky and out of the way places.

Amazingly, it's smaller than the Cornish Callington (my home town from the age of 13), but about the same grey colour sky.

The only time I went Callington (SA) was for a 40th birthday party just outside the town (one of the husband's distant cousins) and it was a whopping 45 degrees in the shade!!!!
