Dog Friendly Beaches

Hi all,

 

I'm fairly sure that this has been asked before but I can't find the thread. Can anyone let me know where the dog friendly beaches are down south? We've taken Trev to Christies Beach a few times but you're not supposed to let them off the leash (we did, so did lots of other people but still feel a bit guilty). Is there anywhere they're allowed to run free?

I think pooch can run free on most beaches before 9.30 or 10 in the summer and after 6 or 7 and most of the time in the winter, may be wrong I knowe someone will correct me, I normalyy take my pooch to West Beach on Sundays, I will look at the dog sign this week

Hi, I found this page which helps, but basically any beach is ok as long as the dog is on a leash, it can be off the leash during winter or after 8:00pm during the summer:
