Want to find a gym

G'day.

Does any one know of a gym around the Christies beach / Noarlunga area.

Spending to much time fishing and eaten to many nice cakes.

Now i need to lose a bit, well a bit more than a bit of weight,

I've seen a gym on my way into Christies Beach. It's near the Christies Beach Hotel. Don't know what it's like though.

 

I'm with Fitness First but I work in the City so it's handy for me.

A few less beers, Matt, me ol' mucker!!!! I have lost about 3kg since arrival................but i am still a heff;

I am at the In shape gym in Noarlaunga - it costs around $14 per week on a 12 month contract. There is a weights area newly refurbd, a cardio area, the pool, numerous classes from pump to combat to step to attack and a spa and sauna. Most of the classes are mixed men and women and it is pretty friendly too.
