Hi we have just moved into a rental in Hallett Cove and was wondering if there was anyone who fancied meeting up.

We are Simon 38, Becki 36, Alfie 8 and Charlie 4.

Been into Hallett school today to hopefully get the boys enrolled think they both in need of getting some normality whatever that is. We have been here just over a week and in that time found and moved into rental OAA great but not for us!!! and Si has got job so now in need of little rest and relax time and was wondering if anyone fancied metting up giving us the inside knowledge on where to go- soccer clubs in area Alfie desperate to get back to playing along with know wanting to suf and be a BMX pro and Charlie just wants to play!!

We are building in Hallett Cove, hopefully be there in 2 months or so. Living just down the road in South Brighton just now. Soccer club across lonsdale highway at Hallet Cove heights runs under 8's and up teams. My son is 8 and plays for them. They will be doing try-outs for the coming year starting in October some time.

sounds like a very productive first week,you should be proud of doing so much already,so jealous that we're not there yet, we are aiming for end of next month, booking flights last min!!
we are looking around hallett cove so shouldnt end up too far away, and we have young children too,def up for a meet up but sorry cant do just yet, keep in touch,haley

Hi Ian,

The Cove Soccer Club is starting from U6's this year as part of the small sided games development and as Shaun said the trial will start in October.

I will get Andy to text you through the trial dates and I will also be putting a thread on here in the next day or so with all the information.

There will be trials for your son's age group too, but which team he would go into just depends on when he turned 12, whether it would be under 12's or under 13's.

If it is racing BMX he is into, there is the Cove BMX club just across the road or Happy Valley BMX club over at Aberfoyle Park, if you want any more info, let me know, we are quite involved in the BMX.
