Only just found your post as I'm quite new to this. Hubby is from Yorkshire (someone had to be lol). and I was raised in Lytham near Blackpool. We are 46 and 44 with teenage very independent sons. Hope you've settled well. We've been here 11 years and don't get out much socially, but would like to.:v_SPIN: A belated welcome to Adelaide.

We would be more than happy to come and meet up. We area 42 yr old couple from Down South. We live in Noarlunga so drop us a line and we will reply.

Mottie somebody's nightmare is somebody's else dream. Areas you may think are bad may not beto others. I would certainly not live anywhere near Port Adelaide and the area called the PARKS, but I work there and think its a **** hole.

Do your research and as the local police station, they usually are pretty up on crime trends and the area as a whole.

Would say even the worst area is a million miles away from the not so bad areas in the UK
