Farming is tougher here ,mainly due to the weather and lack of rain.

 

If you are into dairy farming look at the areas below Adelaide on the peninsular - onward to Cape Jervis .Seems to be plenty there.:D

I have a friend with a 5000acre farm up for sale at the moment due to retirement, he grows mainly cereal, but also runs Sheep, up to 5000 as he reckons the land can only support 1 sheep per acre.

It is situated about 11/4 hours from Adelaide nr Cooke Plains, above Murray Bridge.
