Hya all

 

My name is Nikki 37, the hubby is Lyn 40, we have 3 children 2, 8 and 15, and living in the northern suburbs . SA

 

We've been in SA for just under a year and in Adelaide for 6 months, I'm new to this site, wish I'd heard about it sooner.

 

We're enjoying it here so far and have had family over to visit, would love to meet some new people over here, could do with some social buddies.

 

And by the way we're Welsh !!!!!

Hi Nikki

 

Whereabouts in the northern suburbs are you living? We try and have regular get togethers somewhere like Modbury or Golden Grove about once a month if that's not too far for you, and you'd be very welcome. Those are usually Girls' Nights Out, so we thought for the next one we'd make it something Other Halves and Offspring could come to too, hence on 21st Feb there's a bbq at Morialta Reserve, which is near Athelstone (think it's Rostrevor officially) if you fancy that, otherwise we'll try and organise another night out in March sometime.

 

Alternatively just pick a date and a venue, post it up, and no doubt a few of us hidden poms and honorary poms will join you!

 

I'm only the social secretary through default, and happy to forego the pleasure at any time!
