Hello PIA peeps

 

I have lived in Adelaide 7 years, just thought i would come and have a nosey as lots of my friends are on here.

So just a lil hello from me and my family :err:

We are Shelly, Darren, Ryan and Aaron, so if you know me say hello back if not say hello anyway :jiggy:

My story? I arrived here on 21st May 1999 with Hubby, who had a job waiting for him and 3 little boys dressed in Toy Soldiers tee-shirts and combat pants! We came knowing nobody except the two men Hubby had met at a conference months before in Chester. We spent the 1st 10 days in a unit in Gawler and very quickly found a house to rent in Golden Grove... later we bought a house there as we think it's a good place to be. There have been ups and downs, as there would have been raising children anywhere, but on the whole, it's been a good decision.

Hey Messua, your certainly right about the ups n downs - my boys are 17 n 15 and doing ok now but have been on an emotional rollercoaster with them both for different reasons, Anyway alls good now and me n hubby getting to do things on our own lots.
