Hello all! Very new to this forum lark and also to the idea of emmigrating. I have also posted on the jobs bit, but posting here as well in the hope more people will read it and help us!

I am a midwife and from what I've read, no worries about coming out, but hubby is a station officer in the fire brigade. Anyone got any experience of getting a job in the brigade in Adelaide, or anywhere for that matter??

We have 4 snotty kids too and are looking for a better quality of life where we can actually afford to live, as this blooming country is making it bloody difficult at the mo!!!

Any help gratefully received!
