Hello, I'm looking to complete RSMS and make the move!

Hello, I (Chris), wife (Mel) and children Lib's (9) and Alec (6) are looking to make the move over to Adelaide ASAP.

We received a job offer and are looking to obtain a RSMS subclass 119 visa to secure our dream of moving over in the not too distant future!

However things seem to be stalling as soon as the RSMS process has involved DIAC, hopefully will be able to pick up some timelines and reasons for the sluggish progress currently experiencing!

Myself and my husband are also currently in Manchester, just about to apply for an RSMS as my husband has just accepted a job with ASC in Osbourne, Adelaide. Have you had your medicals yet? Ours are booked in for next month and we're in the midst of sorting out the myriad of documentation and photos that you need for the whole process! Luckily we have a migration lawyer in Adelaide helping us with everything, don't know how people do it on their own ...

 

At the moment Adelaide seems a long way away from the M60 .... hope to see you there

Sorry i havent been on PIA for a while as i normally hand around on PIO. However i have now got my visa, it was approved 16th November, from memory we had our medicals at the Bridgewater clinic in Manchester on 7th November so it was a really quick turn-a-round, nothing to worry about.

 

As for forms etc we did it all ourselves, once you get into it its pretty straight forward.

Great news and just in time for Christmas!

 

Our application due to be lodged on Feb 12th and then fast tracked so hopefully we won't be too far behnd you!!

Another ASC employer-to-be here though not a Pom! Hope Adelaide is a bit closer in 2012!!
