Looking for sponsorship

My name is Ciaran Browne I am 28 from Northern ireland. I was looking for advice on how to gain sponsorship if possible going to Adeliade. I have ten years administration experience and was wondering how hard it would be to gain emplyoment. I am newly single and seeking new adventure.

Its hard, but possible as many have done it. Do you meet visa requirements in terms of qualifications, skills and is your job on the 'wanted' list. For a company to sponsor you, they have to prove that your skills arent available locally.

Might you be better coming on a Working Holiday Visa and then trying to get sponsored whilst working for someone here?
