Hello everyone

 

Just joined this forum as we have just received our 475 visa for skilled migration being sponsored by SA and we are hoping to arrive in Adelaide around March 2013, and we would be very grateful any advice for us?

 

Has anyone else had this visa and know all the restrictions? We've had mixed reports on some stuff like we heard we can't buy a house in the three year period of the visa, but heard since that we can buy as long as we have approval from FRIB? Also any other guidelines with this visa would be very helpful such as school fees, health care or any other restrictions?
