Just like to say hello as we have just registered with pia. Sorry sent a similar message a little while ago but put it in wrong section.

 

Anyway sending it again! Our 175 independant visa was sent on 5th March by our agents. We have had an email on Thursday 13th with receipt for fee and ref no. How long do we wait now for meds etc.

Ps we are hoping to live in Hallett Cove. Visited Adelaide and stayed with family in Sheidow Park, but Hallett Cove is where we all want to go.

:)Hi guys welcome to PIA, loads of good advice from loads of great like minded people, our time line might give you some idea, you might want to check how busy appointments are where you are going to have the meds as some are full for months. Try to get the meds done by the time they are requested, all about timing, Cheers Graham

Welcome to PIA. We are going on a 175 as well. We did our meds and PCs soon after we lodged the visa. Didn't wait for the CO to tell us.

Sheidow is a nice area - we rented there for a while after we first got here. Now bought a place on other side of South Road.

Just like to say Hi & welcome to PIA. Good luck with the visa, again we went with the old system (pre Sept 07). It took ^ months from lodging the visa to getting it for us. Good Luck, any Q's ask away
