Welcome to PIA. We are in the same position. Just waiting for the visa and to sell the house. Not even thinking about it just going through the motions of day to day. When it comes it comes and when we sell we sell. But hopefully sooner rather than later.

Also in the same boat. had our meds a couple of weeks before you and house on the market in January. had quite a few viewers but no 2nd views or offers yet, waiting for the warmer weather and hope that will make a difference!

Welcome to PIA, the wait will be worth it in the end. We are just waiting for house sale to go through as we have visa, then we can jump ship!!

Nearly in the same boat. got our visa on the 1st Of Feb, house has been on the market 3 weeks with no viewings yet, hoping the market will pick up soon so we can be on our way!!

we've applied in august and we've sent everything off.

haven't even got a CO yet

We are in the same boat as you, our file is sitting on someone's desk in Sydney waiting for a grey suit to look at it and grant us the visa we so badly want. We have been in the process since January 2007. We have not put our house on the market yet, waiting for the warmer weather (if we get any) and we are still tarting the house up. So I know how you feel at the moment. Good luck and hope you hear something soon.
