:smile:Hi me and my family will be migrating in oct and like everyone I've loads of questions, my partner is in the welding trade, anyone no any good areas for work, family's, schools , beaches etc also I'm looking for a realistic cost of living for family of 4 ( girl 2 boy 5 ).. Best places to rent? And holiday homes to let for few weeks ?

 

Also will all my electrical appliances work ? Tv fridge, cd payers , DVD players , lighting ?

I also hold a full uk driving licence will I be ok to drive we will be subclass 190.

My son will be 6 when we arrive and will be going government schooling I've heard there are some fees but unsure on how much ..

Hi, welcome to the forum. Why don't you have a bit of a browse of the forum as many of those questions have been asked and answered before. Then if there is something you can't find an answer to, or a question comes out of what you have read you can come back and ask more specific questions.

Agree with NicF, have a browse of the forum as there are lots of posts and threads on all the subjects like schools, houses etc. Also the Accommodation Available area of the forum has places advertised, both short term rentals for new arrivals and long term lease breaks and rentals etc.
