Motorcross bikes

Hi All

 

I wonder if anyone can help. My hubby and son have a motorcros bike each and having read the threads on motorbikes and it saying that you can only bring in one bike per year, does anyone know if this applies to motorcross bikes? Obviously, as they are off road bikes, there are no log books etc. Both bikes have been owned for 3 years. Would there be an import duty to pay also? Any help will be gratefully received. Cheers.

I'm sorry I can't help on how many you are allowed to bring but whatever you do bring would have to be immaculately cleaned as anything like that brought into Oz cannot have a speck of dirt or mud on it. That goes for shoes, golf clubs, garden tools, anything along those lines.

I don't think you would need to pay duty.
