pss or john masons removals

Hi to all,

Anyone used one of the above removals companys , just had quotes from them both , doesnt seem much between them at all , unsure which ones to use.

 

Any good or bad points about either would be appreciated.

Hi Wayne n Louise, we had quotes from 5 companies and after reading various posts on removal companies and recommendations we decided to go with Crown, but they were £1000 more expensive tried to negotiate a price reduction but they would only reduce by approx £200. So then the next best company was John Mason who after couple of phone calls they reduced by £150 but this then made them £1200 cheaper than Crown. I have been on various other sites and John Mason have been highly recommended so they are our personal choice. Who ever you decide to go with always ask them if that is their best price and get used to haggling as they do in OZ. Hope this helps.

Well I would recommend John Masons, we used them to bring our stuff over last year, very helpful and proffessional all round.

We are using White & Co - £2800 for 20ft container + customs + ins. Used them before when OH was in Army. Very helpful.
