Hi, We arrived in Adelaide in November. We are getting settled slowly and would love to chat with anybody else who is taking their first tentative steps or who has some advice. Does anybody know of any social events coming up? By the way I'm Vikki (31) and my husband is Steve (35).

Hi Vikki, we also arrived in November, the 11th actually..... and things are falling into place now, hopefully better next week when the kids go back to school.

There are usually some meets in the social section on this site....there is one in the city at griffins head on first weds in feb.

We are in Ovingham it is quite near the Gov/Entertainment Centre or across Park Terrace is North Adelaide. How about you? How are things going so far?
